REMINDER FOR THE WEEK OF May 5, 2008

Remember that tuition payments are due on the first of the month. Please make your payments on time so we can meet our obligations. There is a $25 late fee for any tuition payments that are not paid by the 5th of the month. Please check your records to make sure your account is up to date.

Ladies and girls: This Saturday, May 10th, at 11 a.m. we are having our annual Mother’s Day brunch. We would love to have you join us. Bring a salad or dessert to share. There will also be a “White Elephant” gift exchange. Bring a wrapped gift (under $10) for this fun game.

Please make sure your child is in the correct uniform each day. Shirts are to be collared, polo-style. They can be red, white, or black. Also, please check your sons’ haircuts to make sure they follow dress code.

Please drive SLOWLY in and out of the parking lot. Parents, please DO NOT block the drive – even for dropping off or picking up your child and please DO NOT use the back parking lot. We have children in that lot.

Reminders and special notices will be posted on our website. IF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY SCHOOLS CLOSE FOR WEATHER OR THREAT CONDITIONS, THE ACADEMY AND DAYCARE WILL BE CLOSED.

All students are expected to attend the gradation and award program. This is a “dress-up” event. Shirts are to be collared and no shorts, please.

May 28 - 11:30 a.m. Dismissal - Graduation and Awards Program 7 p.m.
